I am driven by the goal of breaking intergenerational cycles, facilitating healing from trauma, promoting mental health, fostering family success, cultivating inclusive practices, and promoting the advancement of empathy and humanity within organizations and societies.

With a professional journey spanning more than 17 years, I actively contribute to advancing social change through my involvement in community advocacy and entrepreneurial ventures. I hold a deep commitment to educating and empowering individuals of African Descent, including men, women, and youth.

I have also authored the book “Success is a Journey,” which serves as a comprehensive handbook for entrepreneurs.

I have established two impactful platforms: “Pray For The Men Global,” a global social advocacy movement that is dedicated to supporting men, and “You Inspire Me, Women,” a platform designed to empower entrepreneurial women.

Currently, I hold the position of Executive Director at Solid Rock Family Services, a non-profit organization primarily focused on providing family services and child welfare. In this capacity, I offer coaching, counseling, transitional housing, and vital mental health support to young individuals who are confronting challenges such as homelessness, mental illness, and addiction. 

I am steadfast in my dedication to continuous learning and honing my technical skills to fulfill my calling with unwavering determination and excellence. My aim is to bring about positive and enduring change in the lives of individuals, organizations, and society as a whole. Moreover, I strive to expand my capacity for love and radical empathy, working towards healing and empowering those who have experienced brokenness and hardship, guiding them toward a path of wholeness and freedom.
